For many, the practices of Yoga take them “away” from their life responsibilities. It’s a refuge or a retreat. But the practices are meant to take you home to yourSelf and to be something you engage in throughout your day.

In this workshop, Myra Lewin will be sharing a unique approach to the Yoga practices of pranayama, meditation and asana, leading to renewal and growth on and off the mat. This holistic practice gives a clear path to creating a sustainable home Yoga practice, grounded in classical teachings.

This practice is open to anyone with basic experience in Yoga.
